Veggie chips

So I went to Aldi's to get some veggies and saw a bag of veggie chips! I wanted some chips so bad, so I got these. Turns out they aren't so bad tasting. They kinda taste like kettle chips. I don't remover the ounce, but for so many ounces you get a serving of veggies. The chips are made from sweet potatoes and other veggies.

Eat right for your blood type

So I read about this topic a while back, probably in my high school days.  Therefore today I was thinking about my eating habits and decided to check out this topic again.  So it's a good refresher to read this article about my blood type and what healthy lifestyle I should take on depending on my blood type.  After reading the article I find it pretty true.  I am type A so it says my ancestor were probably agricultural and ate mostly vegetarian diets.  Thus, I think is totally true, because my grandparents were farmers and so were my other great grandparents...so on and so forth.  In addition I hate vegetables and it's hard for me to eat them, so I think that's probably why I'm over weight.  I need to eat more GREENS!  Another aspect is to do light work out such as yoga, tai chi, and aerobics.  I also this is very true too.  In the past I have worked out very intensely and for a long periods of time but nothing seems to change.  So it's not in the quantity of working out but the quality such as yoga, meditating, breathing right that I should really work on.  I also find that I have a difficult time doing yoga and sticking to it so that's probably why it's good for me.  I'm sure when I get the grasp of yoga, meditating and breathing it will be very enlightening.

So here are two great websites to check out about your blood type and what healthy lifestyle you should try for your blood type.
